Justin Timberlake's concert will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Baku on July 27, 2025
Before starting his solo career, Justin Timberlake was part of the famous boy band "'N Sync", which began its existence in 1995, when Justin was only 14 years old. The name of the group was invented by his mother. The group also included JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Lance Bass. They gave the world such hits as "Tearin' Up My Heart", "Bye Bye Bye" and "This I Promise You".
Gradually starting his solo career, Timberlake became friends with Chris Martin, the lead singer and songwriter of the famous British band "Coldplay". They met during a tour in London, and soon became close friends. In 2003, Justin called Coldplay the greatest band on the planet.
Timberlake experienced his first success as a solo artist in 2003, when his album Justified won Album of the Year and his song Cry Me A River was named Best Male Performance. To date, he has won ten Grammy Awards and four Emmy Awards. He received his first Emmy for Original Music and Lyrics for his song for Saturday Night Live.
Justin's music combines elements of pop and R&B with organic instruments and thoughtful lyrics. He is also known for his contribution to hip-hop through his collaboration with producer Timbaland. Their collaboration on the track "SexyBack" was included in Timberlake's Future Sex/Love Show tour in 2007. In 2023, they teamed up again to create a new single with Nelly Furtado - "Keep Going Up!" In addition, Justin writes music not only for himself, but also for other artists.
The concert at the Baku Olympic Stadium will be Justin Timberlake's first performance in Azerbaijan, which makes this event especially significant for the artist's fans.
